This online course provides a convenient way of demonstrating best practice and ensuring your first aid knowledge is kept up to date between courses. 

Most first aid courses have a validity of 3 Years, during which time skills can fade and other things fill our brains.  Ensure first aid is front and centre of your mind by spending an hour or so refreshing your first aid knowledge and skills, from the comfort of your own home! 

Suitable for most* sectors, this course reviews the first aid priorities and basic life support - essential protocols for any situation.
