First Aid training Co-operative’s Outdoor first aid courses are specifically designed to be very hands on and practical. Ideal for those who enjoy learning in the outdoors. Much of the second day of the course is delivered outside and uses a range of carefully crafted outdoor scenarios to help candidates learn and develop their first aid skills.

Course includes dealing with head injuries and helmet removal, CPR and how to use an AED, EpiPen training, dealing with arm and leg fractures, major blood loss management, hyperthermia and hypothermia management and much more.

After the course you can deal with those who fall off crags, are pulled out of the water of are involved in major car incidents! All of this in the context of working in outdoor remote environments.
