SFA and SYFA Approved First Aid Training for Football Coaches in Dundee and Fife

SFA and SYFA Approved First Aid Training for Football Coaches in Dundee and Fife. Perhaps you support the Dark Blues or any other local team. You may be a volunteer, youth team or cub coach, but are you prepared if the worst should happen? The Scottish FA and the Scottish Youth FA recommend that all coaches take a first aid course in order to be able to deal with accidents in training and on the pitch. In fact it is a requirement of the Quality Mark scheme.

Our courses are taught by qualified trainers and are specifically designed for Sports First Aid. The course is scenario based and covers leg injury, head and spinal injury management plus CPR for adults and children. In recent years we have kept pace with the changes in Sports First Aid training. Our courses now meet the mandatory 16 hours requirement and also include additional training such as the use of an AED (defibrillator) as required by the SFA and the SYFA.

You can view our view demonstration of CPR on children on our YouTube website.
