Feedback from first aid courses in July 2018
July is a quieter month for the First Aid Training Co-operative with summer holidays and lots of people away from work. However, we had our busiest July ever in 2018, in terms of number of courses delivered and received some lovely feedback which we’d like to share.
Consistently over 95% of our course candidates rate us as either ‘good’ or ‘excellent’ for the quality of teaching on our first aid courses (data from our Survey Monkey post course evaluations).
A sample of the feedback from some of our clients this month –
‘Great instructor (Cory) and the practical repetition of the ABC(DE) procedure was a great way of learning’
‘Loved the hands-on nature of the course. Lots of outdoor scenario-based exercises’
The additional hour of the course covered some basic ‘Outdoor’ walking group issues and whole day was themed around accidents the walking group leaders have had to deal with.
Comments from the group are below;
‘The whole course was relevant and good’
‘Cannot fault the instructor (Alan)’
‘Very well explained details of emergency first aid and thoroughly answering all questions’
The First Aid Training Co-operative values all feedback from clients and over the next few months we are planning to made alterations to our website after receiving feedback that is difficult to navigate. Client feedback is an essential part of our internal quality assurance systems at the Co-operative and on a weekly basis one of our Directors checks all the feedback from course candidates to ensure we respond where appropriate.
